Aaron's first career was as a creative and CD at Cliff Freeman & Partners New York, BBDO New York, AMV BBDO London, and Droga5 New York.
Aaron is interested in the intersection between creativity and software. AI and machine learning technologies will fuse these practices together.
James started his career in London at St Luke's building award winning campaigns for IKEA and Emirates Airlines.
He moved to the US and ran United Airlines at Fallon winning Gold Effies and Emmies, ran Levi's at BBH and the biggest account in the US AT&T at BBDO. James started his own branding agency Red Peak which he built into 150 people agency before selling to the Kyu Collective. He was the Global CSO at MullenLowe winning business around the globe for 90 offices.
Most recently he was Managing Director, Global Head of Brand Strategy and Research at Goldman Sachs where he upgraded their brand positioning and identity.
